One sheep... Two sheep..... Three sheep....

I. Can't. Relax.
I've spent all day in the car and I just cannot shut my brain off.... So don't mind me while I spill all the contents of my brain in order to catch some shut eye.

I hate school (Ha! You guys haven't heard that from me before- psh!) but really... I ain't in need of no educasion. I speak good! ....... FYI... I'm totally kidding. Haha I know how to spell education ;) and in all honesty I love learning! Don't believe me? Ask my family! I know a whole crap-ton of random facts like, it takes giraffes approximately a half hour to throw up haha, and I enjoy learning new things! It's just ...well.... I'm stubborn! And ready to be in college! (Not ready to leave family) but I feel like I should have graduated last year with my sister.

...now that that rant is over... Haha :)

I am so ready for Christmas :)
I love the lights, the snow, the traditions, the food, and I love my Savior Jesus Christ! So what a perfect holiday!

Speaking of traditions my family does this thing where we put everyone's name in a bowl and each pick one out, whoever we draw out is the person we buy a gift for. This year I got my baby sister Savannah (not really a baby any more but she will forever have that title) and funny thing is she got me too! This weekend we were walking around some shops in Duluth and she would secretly (but very obviously) follow me around and every time I would stop and look at something or pick something up and then put it back and move on she'd "go in for the kill." She would walk over pick it up and ask mom if she could buy it- she is so cute :) (I'll probably put a pic of her in later)

I've yet to find her something. But all is well. :)

Better get to bed now. Once again sorry for the random/ boring post. I'll get better! Goodnight!

Busy as a bee

Hey guys, senior year isn't as exciting as everyone makes it out to be but it sure as heck is as busy. I'm finally done with college applications (BYU and BYU-Idaho) so now all I have to do is wait.....and wait......and wait... Wish me luck?

Other than that I have been super busy with school work and my schools fall play "Treasure Island" it was a lot of fun! I played a bloodthirsty French pirate with a feisty attitude. It was cool because my character was really different from my real personality so I had a lot of fun with it. My whole family and a lot of my friends came to support, even my boyfriend Cameron came! It was definitely a highlight of this year.

Well... That about sums it up... Haha thanksgiving break is over and I have to go to school tomorrow so I better go catch some ZzZzZz's G'Night!

Hello :)

Hey guys! My oh my. I have so much going on right now this post could be one of the longest/stressful/confusing posts I ever write (Er...type?) BUT Guess what? I don't wanna do that haha so I'm going to be lazy and tell you about something completely different! So here it is........

I am one of the dorkiest (Is that a word?) people you will ever meet. Here's why.....

1. I enjoy reading, haha like... a lot. I am currently reading a book about mummies. :)
2. I love anything/everything Marvel. For Christmas I want all of the Marvel hero movies that lead up to The Avengers (Which by the way is now in my top 10 favorite movies of all time)
3. This summer, me and my mom worked out together, and I actually liked it. Woohoo! Go moms! Haha
4. I am a Disney movie junky. Hardcore.
5. I have a blog..  that's at least 35 nerd points
6. I like lists :) Don't believe me? Look at what I'm doing right now O.o
7. For fun, me and my boyfriend Cameron quote Disney movies. 
8. I like old things :) I don't know why.. I just find them interesting.
9. When I was younger I collected rocks (Nerdy part is.. I still have them)
10. I LOVE T-shirts. Haha I dress for comfort and occasionally dress it up a little bit (Which drives my sister Jess, the beautician, a bit bonkers every now and then i'm sure) 

I could keep going...but I am tired and have Seminary in the morning. So adios amigos!

Someone Worth Keepin'

Hello :) This time i'm going to talk about one of the most amazing girls I have ever met. Someone who has really made me more outgoing, who understands my humor, and someone who I miss very much. Her name is Karly :) When I first moved to Lakeville I'm pretty sure me and her had one of the most awkward relationships of all time. (Trust me...it was bad) She was friends with me because she felt bad and I was friends with her because no one else liked me yet, haha. Anyways, a couple months ago she moved away to Virginia.. and it was REALLY hard for her and for everyone she left behind. You see, I have moved a lot in my life, and when I say a lot I mean a lot. So i'm used to moving, having to start over, but this time was different. This time some one was leaving me. I felt like I "lost" one of my best friends. But I quickly realized.... She can't get rid of me that easily ;) I know that Virginia is really far from Minnesota, but that has no affect on how I feel about miss Karly. She is an amazing friend and I don't know what I would do without her. I love her so much and the memories I have with her! I cannot wait for this spring break to come so I can see her again and experience a trip of a lifetime! I love you Karly! I miss all the times we would laugh at each others jokes when every one else thought we were dumb. Haha, and also, I secretly am jealous of your face. IT'S HOT. Basically, your the kind of friend for me and definitely someone worth keeping.

Life

So this post is a little different than what I usually do, but I've been thinking about a lot of stuff lately and am at a point in my (young) life where I'm going to be making some very important decisions, decisions that really effect my future. I've felt so overwhelmed and stressed lately. I've started new things have gotten a few new responsibilities and I've realized a lot of time has passed! I'm not a little kid anymore! High school just flew by and now I'm a senior. I'm going to be gone next year. I'm applying to college in just a few months. So many important things have suddenly just swelled up and slapped me in the face. Of course I always will have the "I wish I did better at this" "I wish this didn't happen" " I wish I wish I wish.." but the things is, I don't really regret anything. My decisions alone brought me to where I am and I alone have to face the consequences whether they are good or bad. I'm scarred of what my future holds, heck, who isn't? Everything is so unsure it can become really intimidating. However something I do know is that no matter what  happens I will be okay. God has plans for me. They may not match up perfectly with mine but I know that I will be okay. I know that with faith and hard work I will not have to stand alone.

Life is Crazy

Hey guys, I feel like I haven't blogged for awhile! I've just been so busy with a ton of things and I guess I just haven't thought about it! School started on Tuesday which means the end to summer.... I dont really know how to describe my feelings so i'll just insert a picture below to help explain...

Anyways now I've got school, seminary, homework AND a job! I FINALLY got hired. I now work at a frozen yogurt shop called Yotopia! It's great! I close most nights I work so I'm really tired a lot of the time but i'll get used to it I guess. From the Brilliant mind of Mom

Well hello, Guess who has the best parents ever? Me, that's right. A couple weeks go my mom came up with the cool idea to have an outdoor movie night! And in order for us kids to get in we had to do chores around the house to earn movie tickets and candy tickets cleverly called "Mom-Bucks". It's a good way to get the little kids like Garret and Panda (Savannah) to do their chores without complaining. Plus, it rewards all of us, even the older kids, with a fun night with the family.

Hey guys :) So tomorrow I am super excited because I am trying a new recipe! Yaaaaaaay, I love cooking/baking and this one seems like a lot of fun. Lemon-cake cupcake with blackberry and raspberry butter creme frosting! Yum! Sounds like a nice fresh dessert for summertime :)  I hope mine turn out like the picture...ha....We'll see! Duke Update

Hey everyone :) just a little update on our little puppy Duke (Well...not so little) I posted about him awhile back, he was just tiny then though. Now he is a 30 pound, crazy, adorable, dog and we love him :) He is a little hyper sometimes but that's okay cause it's funny.

What not to do at a stoplight, and such.

Hello :) Today's post is a little random.... Haha I want to share some life or death advice with all of you. Some, pertinent information for your everyday life.

1. First off you should always leave the Disco before dawn.
2. Silence is Golden, but duct tape is Silver ;)
3. Therapy is expensive, but bubble wrap is cheap...Your choice.
4. Eat it, Don't tweet it.
5. Once you turn 60 don't pass a bathroom and never trust a fart!
6. Don't sneeze when you are pregnant and have to pee.
7. Correct punctuation is crucial. Example: "Let's Eat, Grandpa" vs. "Let's Eat Grandpa"
8. The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
9. Get hurt? No band-aids? Rub some dirt on it!
10. Stop drinking Haterade (Hehe get it...Gatorade...But with Hate. Don't get it? Okay... Never mind.)
11. Take a chill pill
12. What not to do at a stoplight: Email, text, change clothes, put on makeup, write a poem, finger paint, make a sandwich, use the restroom, watch a movie, Go-Go dance, play COD, go fishing, .... and for those of you not catching the reference...it's Spongebob.

Obviously this isn't my most serious advice, but I hope it made your day just a little bit better. :)

Summer Homework

......Well usually my post are pretty positive.... but I just need to vent a little bit about school. Some of you might be thinking "School? It's summer...Why is she mad about school?" BUT me being the dummy that I am, decided to sign up for two AP classes, and now I am responsible for AP summer homework. Two (really old) books, essay questions/packet....Yay. Hot, Hot, Hot!

Hello :)

So, yesterday was for sure a summer day. It felt like a 1,000,000 degrees outside! (Of course it was only around 88-97 degrees) but still, you get my point. Even though it was past any sane persons melting point I still had an awesome day :) I got to go to Camerons house and chill with him and his family for the day, and it was a lot of fun. We ate pie (That his awesome mom stopped and got for us as a surprise) swam, played card games, watched movies, tryed to stay cool, and had a good time! Gotta love summer :)

Gettin Old

JESSICA GRADUATED! :) Woooohoooo! My big sister is FINALLY out of Highschool and moving on to big things :) This post is a little late but I wanted to share a little because I think it's exciting. She is the first one out of us five kids to graduate and it was really fun to see. The ceremony was actually (Super) boring but when it was over we took some quick pictures then headed to dinner. Congradulations! I love my big sis and can't wait to see what happens next!!

PROM 2012

Hello :)

So last saturday was probably the TOP high school expirience i've ever had, and the funny part is it wasn't even at my high school (Shhhhhh!) It was....... *drum roll* P-R-O-M!!!! And.. yes, I got asked, yes I had a hot date, yes we ate fancy food, AND yes.... I wore a fancy dress. It was amazing.

But before I get ahead of myself, first things first, how did I get asked you might say?? Well, by the one and only Cameron :) He's the best :) Acouple Saturdays ago I went over to his house to hang out but when I got there I could tell something was up... He gave me a bag and told me to find all the Easter eggs (It was before Easter...so not quite that random) After I found them all I opened them up and there was a puzzle! (Which actually took me awhile to figure out... haha)

 BUT when I finally did it told me to go to his car, and in his car was a big cardboard sign that directed me to the firepit behind their house.....

 when I got there I found a note in an envelope with a blind fold! After I put the blindfold on he lead me to his deck :)

.....So I sat there for a little wondering what was going on (I'm a little oblivious, haha) when I finally could see again there was balloon letters hung up on the wall that said "PROM?" with balloons scattered all over the floor too. It was so cute :) haha .....BUT the one flaw in it is that we had so much fun popping the balloons that when we were done we realized we never took a picture... haha Whoops! :) So you dont get to see the final result, but I guess the important thing is that I said yes.

Then finally after weeks of waiting it was FINALLY prom day :) I got alllll ready and drove to his house where his mom took awesome pictures.

Man we sure are good lookin ;) hahaha, anyways after pictures we went to dinner at this craaaazy fancy restaurant!! It was like a movie!! It was nuts, we walk in and theres dim lights, candles at every table, and a guy in the middle playing piano!!! Plus the food was delicious which is good :) haha

After dinner we went to the dance and had a lots of fun....overall an amazing night :)
